At Clearpay, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
